zsIRC goes GUI

zsIRC is a freeware IRC client for the Pocket PC platform. A new version has been released on 23rd april ..

The changelog tells about the next changes:

* Added: .CAB installer
* Added: Options GUI (!!!)
* Fixed: Some servers/proxies return only \n instead of \r\n
